Hey, guys! My mom’s in town, which is why I haven’t posted anything new in a few days (well, that and this gruesome heat that just makes it impossible to do anything), but I promise to return early next week with new photos, stories, and other items of interest!
Have a great few days, and stay cool!
Enjoy your visit with your m om.
Looking forward to whatever you will be sharing next week!
And you, Laurence, Homer, Vashi and Scarlett keep cool, too! It’s a hot one out there!
Sending you and everyone else our family regards!
I haven’t been in the Gwen/kitty loop for quite a while & I’m sorry to hear of Vashti’s health issues. Wow. 7/5 lbs. She’s a little girl, isn’t she? I know the feelings as I am dealing with Nomy’s liver enzyme levels & probable IBD. But she, too is doing fairly well.
My NYC friend says it’s brutal there right now. Keep those cats cool.
Now on to the older blogs to see what’s up with Homer.
Yay! “Mom time!” Have a wonderful visit. Stay outta the heat! And tell your mom I think her daughter is a kind, funny, compassionate & caring person…(you did good mom!).
Peace, C~
Enjoy the visit and the heat Gwen As you surely know by now summer is fleeting in the NE. Vashti looks so cute in that box. Cats are drawn to boxes and empty bags aren’t they?
Tell your mom we all say “hi”! Does your mom read your blog? It would be nice to see her post something here. Have a great time.
It’s soooooo hot here in New England, I actually took pity on the squirrels I feed and put out a big dish of water. My cats were looking at me like I was nuts, walking out the door with their old water bowl. Ha!
Hi, Mrs Cooper! Hope you have a great visit — Marie
Hope you are having a great visit with your mom. she must be used
to the heat from Fla. Hope the kitties are keeping cool. Mine love to
lay in the hot sun and if I move them they go right back. Oreo is
smart enough to lay in the sun but also next to the vent delivering the
cool air.
